Pine Needle Resolution

a garden that keeps itself

Draw a closed loop. It is reified as a Möbius strip — one surface, one edge, no other side, so nothing here is ever truly apart.

Green sparks run its length, and where one finally rests it plants a baby cactus that rises and bristles with everything it gathered along the way. Roots creep out and stitch the cactuses into a single web that shares life, ripples blooms outward, and cries for help when one is dying.

A bee founds a hive at the heart of your loop. Its colony dances, scouts, and carries pollen from flower to flower. A bloom the bees reach sets seed and lives to flower again; a bloom they never reach quietly dies. The garden stays alive only so long as the hive can keep up.

This one takes time. Plant it, then be patient, and watch it learn to keep itself alive.
